Two-year Math Department Coaching that resulted in:

• Developing a shared mission and vision that centered students’ sense of belonging.

• Implementing professional learning tied to a 92-hour clock-hours course.

• Team-writing a guide for all classroom educators called the Math Collaboration Binder.

• Improved standardized MAP and SBA scores in all classrooms with math coaching & co-teaching.
